[H] Antiquity Recruiting
Antiquity is a new 25 man progression raiding guild that is now opening recruitment to fill out our raiding team. We are primarily looking for solid DPS and some skilled healers, though all outstanding applicants will be considered.
Our core and leadership is very experienced with raiding, with the majority having cleared 8/12 in 25 ICC and 11/12 in 10 ICC. We will be raiding with a hardcore bent, so we are looking for enthusiastic, skilled individuals that are willing and able to adapt and progress.
If you are somewhat inexperienced or undergeared, but feel that you are capable of becoming a dedicated raider given the opportunity, don’t be afraid to apply. We are recruiting the player, not the toon.
Having said that, we ask that all applicants know their class and role inside and out, are able to learn encounters quickly, and are dedicated to working to improve and progress. We want raiders that will give their all on raid nights.
Our raid times are currently 8:30 PM server, with three nights of progression 25 man raiding and optional progression10 mans and 25 man farm content raids on the remaining nights.

Orchidhaze, since you are derailing a recruiting thread from an anonymous alt, I doubt you are that conscientious of an observer. However, to answer the point you brought up, I don’t see why there should be any red flags raised. You are making this out to be far more dramatic than it is.
This isn’t any of your business, really, but all that happened was that it simply turned out that there was a pretty solid divide in Ruin down both the leadership and the raiding core between the “hardcore” raiders, and “serious but casual” raiders. It wasn’t fair to either group of people to try and be forced into the other’s mold, so the groups separated. Simple as that. This is for the best for both guilds, and the majority of people involved don’t hold any animosity over this.
I would appreciate it if people looking to apply would consider Antiquity as it’s own unique guild and give us our due consideration as such, both out of respect for us, and out of respect for Ruin, which remains a great guild with some excellent players and wonderful people.
